Payroll Import - User Table Import - Basic Import


Import Basic, BasicCTC & User Table entries to Payroll

  • An excel file in the required format has to be prepared. 1st Col would be serial number and the 2nd column would be EmployeeCode.
  • Any payroll information can be present from the 3rd Column. 
  • The 1st Row will be header and would be ignored while data update.
  • Information upload is supported for only a few tables now. Mainly Payroll. Other information would be updated in future.
  • Employee Information would be read and shown in the grid for your approval. 
  • NOTE: Have a dummy last column.
  • Errors found during the update process would be shown in an text file. 
  • NOTE: PLEASE take a backup of the database before doing this the first few times. 
How to Import
  • Select the CSV file and do Read Files.
  • All information would be populated in the grid and shown to you.
  • The applicable table names and the column names are avaialble for selection
  • Assume you have EduAllowance in Column 3 of your excel sheet, select the appropriate table and the field in Col 3 in the software
  • Then do update fields.
