License/Key File Invalid. Memory Error etc

Solution

License Issues

CAUTION: Key file has to be regenerated and fresh license has to be validated.

  • If its Win7/Win8/Win10/Win Server edition, ensure that the software is running always with Administrator Rights. (Right click the exe & shortcut and in Properties select RUN AS Administrator)
  • Go to Setup - Global Options
  • Press F10
  • Add a . (dot) at the end of the company name.
  • Press SAVE & EXIT
  • Go to Readers - Add Readers
  • Select a reader, Press Delete Key, Confirm delete and immediately press SAVE Key.
  • Repeat this for all readers one by one. 
  • Generate a new key file and send the file as an attachment for validation to license@timetrack.in.
  • Please don't drag and drop the key file in outlook message. Attach it or use a web based email.
