The software crashes before entering the password

If the software crashes before entering the password the following may be the reasons

• Ms-Access version
• The database may be not available\corrupted.
• Check if the database files are present in the Database folder.
• If so try opening the database one by one. (you have to provide the passwords)
• If the database is corrupted, Ms-Access will give a warning saying that the database is corrupted and if will repair itself.
• Once the database opens, do COMPACT and REPAIR database. 
• If all this solutions do not solve the problem, send the database to us and we will try to repair the database and send it back to you.

• MS-SQL / Oracle version
• Check if the conn.set file is available in the Set folder.
• Check if the database can be accessed using MS-Excel using the same parameters which are avaialble in the conn.set file
• Check if there is a firewall in the PC and if so disable it (or make an exception to TimeTrack exe and then try running the software
